Papa,
In the zip folder is a bitmap image called "iphoneart" just drag and drop it the softjock folder of your PC (C:/Softjock) The other two items (yellow folder and xml) go in the skins folder (C:/Softjock/skins)

Papa,
Are you asking how he makes the graphics or how to install and use them... if your asking how he creates them... I know his answer: "Mad Skills" (or Photo Shop.... lol).
If he does it how I've been playing with it he uses the "Magic Wand" to outline then cut out the graphic he wants from its background... I've found that ones with a white or consistant background color the easiest to manipulate in this way...
Hank am I on the right path here?

Yes, there are tons of images and textures out there to find. Many are on white or you can cut them out with the lasso tool. I then add shadow and/or glow effects for depth.
However, many objects I created from scratch with basic shapes layered on top of each other (like the ipods and the jukebox). No photos were used in these cases. I'm also trying not to use existing buttons where I can. Sometimes, it's just too much work to create every little thing though.
It's just arts and crafts time for me anyway. Hopefully it will spin into some logo/card work. Paying design fees for a ground up skin could be as expensive as buying the program itself. Too much time involved. Especially with back and forth changes that would occur.
YIKES!
