Ok just a quick pic of the general setup in the front room. No cloth, facade or anything. And guess what they sound fantastic. Me so happy :sqbiggrin:
I've been on Boses site setting this thing up learning as much as I can and I must say I'm very happy. Please ignore the wires I'm just learning this system and this pic was for you guys. Why what do you mean about the date? :sqrolleyes:

Briar I will tell you this. Everything they say is true. Once you have your levels set this thing produces some serious thump if you have 4 bass bins. It's not overpowering but very real. As far as the sound its not just for your ears because of the amount of small speakers in each of the L1' its like that say almost concert like. It more engulfs your body than just your ears. Thats about the only way I can put it.

Whats funny is that I have had my advertisment on my board about using the Bose and I have already had one person who will more than likely book me because her girlfriend noticed we where using the Bose. Are they being drawn in by the hype? OK if they are I don't care. :sqrolleyes: I'll take any help its just one more tool that I Will use to do my best to please my clients. I have been doing great with out them and I'm sure they will do nothing but help. I know that in my area I might be the only DJ using them. And I like that.

The heaviest piece I think is like 30lbs. My back is already thanking me. I'm still very jealous of Caps setup. If you have never seen it you will love it. I'm talking to the guitar center they said bose is looking for someone who would come in front of the guitar center and demo there system and that bose will pay them. If I'm not busy sounds like a great way to make a few extra bucks and get free advertisement. I would fly my banner :sqwink: You know whats funny I can already see that your going to get one I smell the GAS baby. I also got the deluxe bags for everything. Here Briar, Briar Briar, (nextgen leads Briar to the darkside and the poor house lol).

What location is that Guitar Center?

Oh, and you can turn the BOSE logo on the front of those B1s. They are spring loaded and set in the grill on a square peg. CAREFULLY pry the logo out from the grill using finger nails or a blunt prying tool that wont scratch. Once it clears the square peg, rotate the logo 90 degrees in any direction and it will reseat itself.

DO NOT try doing this using the extended tab on the B or E. They will snap off easily.

Thanks for the advice cap. I won't be changing the logo on the B1's they will be hid so I don't care. :sqbiggrin: Cap excuse my paranoia but not wanting to get anyone in trouble on my end is there a reason you want to know where the guitar center is. I'm not wanting someone to get in trouble. If this is a no no then I won't persue it. Oh by the way I love them. It's 6:00 on my end so I have to wait till the world gets up so I can play with them. :sqwink: By the way Cap is there anyway to post a pic of your system on here I want others to see what I aspire my setup to be. )
 
Dave : No need for paranoia and no one gets in trouble. This does appear to be outside the norm (and contract) with BOSE. Wouldn't someone want to know if they could be getting their fannys in a jam beforehand? If it's okay, I'm headed to my local GC for a piece of that action too.

Recently, getting a bit creative (erstwhile raising the written concern of BOSE as it relates to the warranty for the L1 system when used outside of its intended capacity as this lighting modification has been officially construed), this photo is offered just for poops and giggles:
