I've been using Google URL Shorteners for quite awhile and now they have been released mainstream and with STATS!!!

It's great turning a log url into a Google Short URL and using it as a link - which Google crawl

You can log in and see who's clicking on you and where to target

I like the stats aspect but hate the whole idea of short URLs it's so open to abuse.
