Arnoldo Offerman was a member on this Forum before they ran him off. http://www.arnoldooffermann.com/ I thought he was a hoot. he did not spread his speakers too wide but surely made up for it with his mouth! LOL He was a good chap in my book but rubbed the cry babies the wrong way.
What you posted here is nothing new. Some DJ's just don't know how to chill when they aren't working and just have to give their input. Some will think to themselves i can do a better job then this DJ. Some think it and others will try to push their ideas on that DJ.He didn't start the thread, I did. It was meant to be a light-hearted sharing of an encounter I thought pretty bizarre. That ended when the resident angry boy decided to chide in with how friendly, warm and approachable he was.
Try to keep up old man.
Sometimes they are right but since it's not their gig they just need to chill. They might be right but what's the point of going up to a DJ who you feel isn't doing a good job? Are you going to take their number and contact them later to show them how they need to improve? Some won't listen no matter how right you are. That DJ walked out and others stayed. That should tell you something.
You can probably find him over at Sid's board -- any chance you'll be moving over there any time soon...?
