Dumb Question about Pictures

the LAW - be careful as it will only take ONE time to take you to court for copyright and you can kiss your A$$ goodbye at being in the industry

20k pictures are on my my website right now, taken over 12 years. Never once has anyone threatened to sue me. What about all the guests who take pics with their iPhone and post to Facebook instantly? I'm not going to run around scared of what other people might do. I can hear Judge Judy now; 'If you were idiot enought to bring your mistress to a wedding in this day and age (of little to no privacy), you deserve to get caught'. YMMV.
