If its just being used once, go buy a cheapo.
Either way, we anchor ours down with a 35" tire/wheel for each corner. Even in the strongest winds it will stay in place. Anyone that doesnt anchor their setup down, is crazy. Here in CO at least, a beautiful day can turn into 40 mph winds in 5 minutes...and thats not the time to be looking for heavy things to hold it down.
I cant see why anchoring to big subs / speakers/ etc wouldnt work....our rule is 60lbs plus per corner.
