Although NYE is a premium date which many DJs charge extra, I keep my rates the same. I don't even charge for travel as I believe that is all in the cost of doing business. That said, my rates are $350 so you'll be under budget. Multiplies by 5 hours and it's only $1750 VS your original budget of $2000.

I am very glad to hear you enjoyed my talent and sound. I am also very glad to see we could meet (and beat) your budget.

I'll be very honest and tell you that I do book quick on NYE.. with two others calls for this date. I can send you a contract right away and we can discuss payment.
