Converting .rax (Real Audio) to .mp3

I have a ton of music on my computer that have the file extension ".rax" (from Real Audio). I can't find a program that converts from ".rax to .mp3". Any suggestions? (by the way...........all of this is legal music that I have either purchased from Real Audio or loaded my CD in to the program).

HELP?
