OTS is awesome I just bought my second copy for my new lappy. It's rock solid. You can run MP3 from it no problem. But if you convert and yes you still keep the mp3 there are many benifiets to the software. Allowing for beatmatching and perfect fades and sound levels perfect all the time. I have done it and its pretty automatic just get a big hardrive and find a folder and recurse them into there own directory. You can also have it detect your BPM so you match that way as well. If you have a large collection of MP3's it might even take a couple of days. But you can just walk away and let them do there thing. Its well worth the effort.
