So what is the name of the company Cesar? If I had a company that good, I would have the name posted everywhere. I post the name of my little part time company and I only do about 26 jobs a year. Maybe you don't want your name on this public board so clients could find the site with a Google search of the name of your company, I can understand that I guess.

Its my understanding from a previous post that his website isnt even up all those hundreds of jobs are word of mouth because he is sooo ginormous

Will I ever move on to fill up each and every single weekend with events?
Probably not. I need a vacation, too.

See? That's just wrong, because you should be eyeing and undercutting the competition so that you could do at least 250 events per year like our hero.

Fun is fun, and stupid can be fun, but really stupid is just annoying.

I am inviting everyone to join me in this sentiment. I don't feel like being entertained by a child who just wants to cause trouble because he has absolutely nothing to do, and DOESN'T actually have many events or real life experience--just others' ideas; as you can see, it has brought my humour down.

ya...cause it was so up there to begin with...now, where is that ignore button?

Oops...sorry.

He actually has cool up lights pictured in his profile--must be a pro.

Well Mr. K, Hank et al
I really would love to meet a bride that has met Cesar. I dont know if i would be prepared to meet someone who just simply does not exist.
I work next to a creamatorium, so im not afraid of ghosts... just don't believe in them.

I must admit I didn't read this entire thread...I quite when it started going back and fourth then jumped to the last page. But to put my 2 in on the origional topic, personally I think doing a live grand entrance during the interview is cheesy and sounds a bit desperate:sqerr:

Just not my style.

And that is one of the reasons for doing it for a B/G and asking them to have the other DJ demonstrate their abilities.

It is my hope that if you don't refuse the B/G requests that your disdain for this cheesy practice will come through during your presentation.

The problem is I have never had, nor ever even heard of a B/G request this during an interview - ever. If they wanted me to do it would I? Of course, but I wouldn't ever suggest it....kinda creepy to me.

I've had a B&G ask me to play a seven-hour set for them. That was fun.

Oh, wait...right...I got paid for that.

They booked me without having to audition because I am so transparent, honest, and full of visible credentials that they trusted me.

Oh...right...that happens every time...just not 250 times per year. I ain't so good.
