To many ads? Support ODJT and see no ads!
i'll still sit with hard drives
only time i use say dropbox is to pass a file on

right papa!


oh and google email accounts now come with 10GB

I believe that if evil really exists -- it is them!

I've watched what they've done to my Adwords ads -- over the past 2 years, they've started sending them out to file sharing sites, instead of on their search results. It's a money making scheme now. I wouldn't trust them with one of the lizards sitting outside... :sqfrown:
 
thats why I decided NEVER advertise with them - especially when they asked for my credit card

FORGET IT!!
 
Evil....Google and China leadership is evil. Google is doing all the things they said they wouldn't do. Freedom of search isn't applicable any more. In order to be allowed in some countries Google must filter searches to the masses.

Makes me wonder how much of it happens here especially with a major election coming up.

well if you can get use of that gdrive you have 10gb on it via gmail as its now over 10.0GB
 
I'm uploading my entire library to the Google Music thingy...50 Meg connection at work got me around 2000 tracks (of 20,000) uploaded in about 6.5 hours. Can't wait to have it all on there. I can stream to my phone anywhere there's a decent cell connection. Handy for going on a walk. Not sure I'd know how to set up my phone to do that live.

Nope. I just have music in the sky for my mobile phone. I mean we are talking using this as a backup to the backup to the backup.

However now that you mention it I do stream at the house. But its room to room using my PS3 and PS3 Media server.

Are you wanting to stream onsite from computer to computer over wifi? or from the lodge to the world?

I'd just want to stream to the lodge.

Right now the library is not there but one of the older laptops I donated is. Occasionally I am asked to DJ and I only do it for a select group. I'd like to be able to just hook that laptop into the gear and go.

Also, now that you mention phones, I have a Samsung Stratosphere. I'd love to be able to stream the library to that.
