Musician's Friend "Stupid Deal Of The Day" for today. Compared to everyone else's price, typically $180, this seems to be a great deal. Any reason not to buy this for someone on a tight budget? I realize it's last year's model, but it is LED, low power, DMX, and better than having nothing like I do now, right?

LInk? I will buy another one at that price!

If you're looking at price only, I don't see why not. It's a nice effect.

The Vue II was superseded by the Vue III which has been superseded by the ADJ Revo which sports white LEDs.

You can spend a little more and get the updated effects. :)

That's a great price. If someone were interested in LED lighting and didn't have any yet, this would be a great starter piece.

Most places should be selling it for $70 or theya re ripping you off. The Vue II and Vue III are being replaced by the Vue 2.1 Vue 3.1 and Vue 4.1. These new Vues have vastly better sound active movements, plus white and amber lights.
For $70, it is not a bad deal for the II.
