Just be careful if you plan on using it at weddings. Chilled fog is very different from a professional low-lying blanket effect as produced by a dry-ice based machine like the Pea-Souper as shown in the photo below. The dry-ice effect will stay low and dissipate into nothing while the chilled fog will slowly rise causing camera flashes to bounce back and ruin photos. The effect in the photo was not produced using a Pea Souper rather a huge professional device that utilizes a CO2 gas cylinder like this one: http://www.starlight.com/lsg.html
The effect was subbed out to a local company. It required a good clean 15 amp outlet to run it as well...

We'll of course let folks know how this all turns out.

As for the fog rising, well that's why we test gear and effects. However, there is one major advantage of a chilled fog dry ice or CO2 fog...no CO2 gases emitted which can be dangerous especially for folks who might have asthma.

The other thing to keep in mind is we're not running a pea souper, but a machine specifically designed to produce low lying fog with normal ice and fog fluid (of course we're not using normal fog fluid either).
