My wife Mary Ann and I are expecting our first child on December 26! :sqbiggrin:

She did suffer a *preminary miscarriage* a few weeks ago. In lamens terms, my boys swam, and did catch up to the egg, but something happened and it just didn't work. There's more med stuff that I'm not explainin' correctly, but that's not important.

This time, boy did they!

We're thrilled! I wanted to share this great news with all of you. My family lives outta town and they have no idea yet, so we are planning a trip soon to surprise them with the news (Thanks To Cap for an idea he shared;)

Our names are already picked out, if a boy, Derick James - yes *DJ* - my nephew's and my late father's name respectively...And a girl, Lilly Marie, her families name and my late mom's middle name and & my sisters middle name...

I'm not putting this on Facebook, etc..Yet.

Ok, back to my coffee!!

That is awesome...

Me and my wife tried several times with IVF with no resulting pregnancy.... and only one frozen egg that more than likely wouldn't take and now she has had a full historectomy (sp?) that frozen embrio does us no good....

We would have loved to have kids but it was just not in the cards.... now if you want to find my wife at a party look for the kids and you're sure to find her.

Need a baby sitter?
 
Congratulations! We should take up a diaper collection for you! Believe me, a 100 pack, while it seems like a lot, a baby will use them up pronto!!

Bravo on this news. There's nothing else like it in the WORLD!!

Dave: We have already provided Tim with diapers, bibs, and tee-shirts. Have you ever seen Tim eat and drink and then what happens after all that?

Oh, you mean for the baby. Sorry.

Tim: Congratulations to you and Mary Ann. I had to tell Allison and she shares in your joy. We added you both to our daily Thanks in hopes all goes well. Enjoy the peace and quiet while you can. That all changes in late December.

First time was boys, typical men...did not stop to ask for directions! :sqbiggrin: I bet anything now that its a girl! Congrats man, all the best to you and your wife!

Tim - Exciting isn't even the word! I envy you the experiences you're about to have. I will never forget the first time I heard my daughters' heartbeat...
