I liked that movie...good for when I'm in a mood to watch stuff get destroyed. :)

I see yer still working on the ol' seating chart Ducky... :D

I prefer a table away from the speakers... :sqlaugh:

I think we're gonna have sub-freezing temps here over night: expected low of 24 high of 32 tomorrow in Applegate CA (2000' elevation).

we don't often get snow here, but they have been closing down the freeway and making everyone put on snow chains to go "up the hill."

Typically, we'll see snow 1x per every 3-4 years.

It was around 30 here all day, with a nice little mix of rain and ice falling from the heavens.

it is -2 C here and we had around 3-5 centimetres of snow overnight. It is our third dump thus far this season and since the first one last Saturday morning. Update: It is snowing as I type.

Woke up to 64 but it is almost 80 now.

This just in from the National Weather Service:

Frigid arctic air grips almost the entire nation. And in other news….

A blast wave of tropical air grips much of Florida in what is anticipated to be the nicest weather in years. There is a wind chill advisory in effect for the Naples/Ft. Myers area. Temperatures should level off at around 82 F, but the ferocious 3 mph winds will make it feel like 78 F. People are advised to take immediate shelter outdoors, preferably close to the beach or pool. If you must be indoors, stay as close as possible to windows. Excessive accumulation of sun is expected.

Like Bill said, it got up to the 80s yesterday- shorts and shirtless for most of the afternoon (working on my bronze sun-god body for MBLV).

November will go down as one of the coldest months ever recorded

Bad visual, I know....:sqlaugh:

How many days until MBLV????

I have been known to walk outside in a t-shirt and shorts when it's sub zero... particularly after playing hockey. LOL.
