Then explain to me why one goes out of their way to dress like a man and act the man role. Let me inform you I have lots of Lesbian and Gay Friends. The Butch's act the man/male part.

Not ALL lesbian couples do the "I'm the guy, you're the girl" roles.
In fact, I'd say most of them do not.
Just as male couples do not "play both parts" in the way they act or dress.
If a lesbian is a girl who likes girls, why would she want her partner to dress and act like a guy?

I see the same thing -- in fact one of my cousins is the Butch type. All her girlfriends are pretty, and submissive. The cousin dresses, and acts likes a guy.
