So I bought those speaker cable organizer clips before XMAS. I gave a pair each to all of my DJs. I bought 2 pair for myself.
Tonight was the first time using them. I figure that I can just keep the clips on the speaker stands. I put them on once, and leave them on there for the long run. I took a picture of how they look. I still used a piece of GAF Tape on the leg of the speaker stand to keep a nice, clean look. Overall, I like them. The Cables are held right up against the pole when I use velcro ties. These clips leave the cords sitting just a bit loose from the pole, BUT keeps a clean look, and you don't have to worry about the Velcro being too tight potentially hendering the audio signal. Also, keeping the clips on the speaker stand, and using them instead of velcro ties shaves a good 30 to 60 seconds out of set up time installing the velcro ties!
I can't figure out why the picture is loading onto ODJT this way. It is saved up right correctly in my laptop. Anyway, that's just to give you an idea of how the cable looks with 2 clips.
If you are interested in buying these clips for yourself, they sell them on Amazon for $3.99 a pair. I would buy at least 2 pair to use.
