Email notifications?

Did something change on your end as far as email notifications for replies?

Seems I'm getting them in batches now, instead of one at a time. Not sure if it's on your end or mine, but my mail seems to be coming normally from other sources...

Dam Rick you got a good eye! I enabled batch sending a week or so ago to see if it would conserve on resources a bit.. It didn't.. I just put it back to normal.

They were out of order in batches as well.

See, when I get up in the wee hours, I like to read through the replies I get in email, and I was noticing they were out of order -- which totally throws off my pea brain at that hour of the day (pre-beer hours)

It was set to queue 5 at a time so if it had 3 notices for you and 2 for someone else yous would be sent out of order, I believe..

I have always only got notification once a day. Usually in the evening around 7 central.

I always thought that was odd. Other boards I get notified right away after someone posts.

Doesn't bother me but thought it was weird.

Karl you have to update your options to send instant notifications. Edit Options > Second Setting "Default Thread Subscription Mode".
