That looks staged. He was constantly looking back to see when a big wave was coming. How come the ring was not lost??

It didn't look staged to me. I think the guy was somewhat apprehensive and what he was afraid might happen, did. He probably didn't lose the ring due to the number of overtime hours he had to put in to buy it. :bananen_smilies103:

If he was apprehensive...or afraid it would happen, then he would have chosen a safer spot.
Or, he would have been facing the OTHER way, so he could see the wave coming.

LOL, thanks, Canute! Years and years ago, we kids used to watch the Tom Jones Show on TV. We thought he was kind of cornball, like that guy Engelbert Humperdinck. Although I must admit, he totally nailed that James Bond 007 "Thunderball" theme.
