OK, so a lady I did a party for sent me a testimonial.... And it was fine... I could use it, but following the testimonial she wrote:

"Chuck, feel free to use this, or just write anything you want to and assign it to me, because whatever you would write would be true too."

WWYD?

Either use it, exactly as is, or don't use it at all.

Dave, I would agree 100%, 99% of the time..... The thing is, and I should have stated this in the OP, her grammar and spelling, are, shall we say, lacking?

By all means, fix grammar/spelling, just don't change the intent or message. If you don't fix it, the errors might be attributed to you (unless you used an image of the letter/note.).

unless its written - i dont use words that are given to me to use
but if written yes you can transfer it from one format to screen

all mine are in a A4 folder not on a testimonial page - maybe one day i'll make one!

If you must edit for anything (grammar, punctation) do it properly using the same standards that actual editors use. Or even better, just don't use it if it's too bad.

Hahah..forging testimonials. Thats why I moved to video testimonials :-D

Who said anything about forging? I was given explicit permission to write what I wanted. To date, I haven't done anything with it.
