I keep mine in my DJ Booth area, usually on top of my DJ Console.

Our business cards are in a nice professional business card holder next to our rack on our table. We've been hired before because we don't put cards on tables.

just because you can display them or put them on their tables or go out and do a selfish plug doesnt mean you should. The best ever I have experienced was a DJ who apparently decided the mens washroom was the best place for his business advertising and he placed cards on the bowl of the urinal. Must have been Cesars friend Porta PArty DJ Service aka Porta Potty DJ Service.

only thing I usually do is place request cards on the table that have a tear off section to retain my name and number

I get 90% requests back and the tear off section is also gone
(I need to make new ones later)
