I haven't worked a NYE since I sold the bar 8 years ago. But since we moved this year I have a couple of gigs on the line, one bar & one private party, but not booked as of yet.

I have been DJing NYE for the same organization for the past 11 yrs. They always sign the contracts for the following year at the event. Great group of about 450 guests all 50+ I love it. lots of old rock & roll & old & new country. they love to dance & party.

Swingers NYE Bash here!

we have three on the books with one other pending and who knows perhaps a last minute ya never know.

We did too. It was an ok decision - but for the first few years, I was working on our Anniversary at a wedding. I try to enjoy it now.

No gigs lined up, but a couple of places around here do major New Years parties, so we might just go out and have some fun.

I also decided to decline any offers to do New Years Eve this year! One of my good friends (who by the way taught me alot of using my mixer/sound) is playing with his new band so he gave a a few complimentary tickets to the see the show! I'm going out to be entertained this year instead of being the entertainer!!! Although after a few drinks, I can entertain anywhere!!:tritongue: Thank god for designated drivers!!!!!!!!!
