Hello everyone @ ODJT!

I'm 19 years old and just now got into DJing and all things related. I started off a few weeks ago with an iDJ3 and a pair of logitech computer speakers!
Now i'm looking into upgrading and have many questions that I just quite haven't found an answer to by looking around. ODJT seems like a very solid community that I hope to be a part of for a long time!

Thanks!

Welcome abord.
Ask yourself these questions.
Am I a going to be a hobby dj?
Do I want to make some money doing this?
Do I have a means to get music legally?
Do I have the stuff to entertain at a gig.
Do I know what is a good sounding system and do I have the means to get such a system?

And this is just a starting list.

Also remember to screw up one gig a year so you can post honest reviews on wedding wire.

Welcome!

Welcome Edgar. The first thing you need to know is if you have a good bladder, cause sometimes you got to hold it a long time!!! LOL

Joker you forgot to mention your product of choice specifically "Industrial Strength Depends".

@dr.zinc

What an overwhelming list of questions. haha

Yes.
It would be nice. Not my priority.
Pay for music? Is that what you mean? iTunes is my best friend. Except that one time I didn't back up and lost over 100 songs. haha
Possibly. I'll know with time. I've only been doing this for a few weeks.
Not at the moment. I'm still a student on a budget. But, if I'm willing to sell my xbox for some more equipment I think that's a sign! lol

@ everyone else,

Thanks for the welcome and sorry If I ask stupid questions every now and then. I try to use google a lot but sometimes I don't see what's right in front of me.
