We see articles all the time about techniques, various methods, exotic hardware, and crazy setups. What we see even more is the often hilarious fighting that goes on between purists and controller freaks.
Where does it always seem to land on?

The "Sync" Button.
I've never seen more DJs getting hopping mad about a topic.
Personally I believe in both the techniques of harmonic mixing and beat-matching, but also that the Sync button can be an invaluable tool if the software you are running implements it well.
I see a lot of the same arguments in the electronic music field as well, concerning certain synths and programs. Whats wrong with making creation easier if you respect the strides it took to get there?
