They're actually alot easier to move than my SP2's. Part of that might be because I don't have to lift them to my shoulders! I think they might be a bit lighter than my SP2's as well. No complaints with the Live X system thus far. I have Live X 12's as tops and the 18's as bottoms. Next show, the subs will be together under the front table with the 12's out to the side on Telelocks. We'll see how it goes.

:)

Cam (don't know where he's been) has been using the Live X series as well and Rick Ryan uses the Live X 12's with different subs. Jon Tuck can also speak about what he's seen with the Live X's (he doesn't own any yet tho).

If Im not mistaken the 18" powered Live X is just a smidge under 70 LBs and roughly the size of most 15 inch subs. AMAZING is all I can say. The View Excellent CHECK Sounds amazing CHECK!!!!

what about the live X 18" sub with a pair of zxa5's or even 1's?

I don't think it would keep up with the ZXa5s at all... but it would help deepen the low end a bit. It would pair up well with the ZXa1s, but you'd have to turn it down quite a bit for those.

Thanks to some folks (you know who you are), I had the luck of trying THREE Live X 18's - side by side. All I can say is OMFG!!!!
