I am extremely brutal when it comes to my own websites. So hopefully I can give you some honest constructive feedback:
.) Remove the ad at the top, it looks like a free-website.
.) Remove the create a website link at the bottom, it looks like a free-website
.) The background image doesn't quite work well with the site. It looks pixilated, needs to be color adjusted, and is repeated without blending well. It also clutters the background in my website.
.1) The background is not consistent across your website. Different pages use different backgrounds.
.) The purple wave does not convey any emotion or relate to events.
.) Serving Brevard County gives me the impress you only deal with a local area within 30-45 minutes. It might prevent me from contacting you.
.) I am not a big fan of the lines coming off your logo. It seems very aztecish. Also the company name does not strike me as unique.
.) The website domain name does not match the company name, the image branding is lost here. However the company name would be too long to create a domain out of It would not work well with top of mind awareness, it is a little to long.
.) There are indentations randomly in the tables across your website. It seems that the gray areas disappear in some places without being consistent.
.) Take your guest counter off the website, visitors do not benefit from knowing how many people were on your website. Traffic statistics benefit you, and should be looked over either in your cpanel or through a service like Google analytics.
.) Add credibility to your testimonials by including a nice cropped photo of the client. The biggest problem people tend to make when doing this, is that the cropped photo does not look good. You want to make sure they can tell what is in the photo when it is 50px x 50px. Also add a location after the client's name, it helps with SEO and giving the visitors a sense of where you have been.
.) Get a favicon
.) Links page refers traffic to NCRA. I understand this might be a hobby or passion of yours, but it does not relate to events IMO. You might consider taking this off and replacing it with something that is more relevant to events.
.) Don't put a calendar up if it is empty. This is the same idea as don't put out a stack of 2000 business cards at a bridal show. It will give people the impression that no one takes your biz cards, hence demonstrating lower value.
.) Remove the guestbook, IMO they are outdated. Since you have a testimonials page, it would supersede the guestbook.
.) Remove the timestamps from your photos, this prevents photos from becoming easily dated. Also watermark your photos whenever you get the chance.
.) Your copyright at the bottom of the site says 2010, update it to 2011
.) Include a contact phone number and call to action on every page.
.) What is your UPS (unique selling position), also what is your slogan for the company? Try to include this in a place on the site that is highly visible. It can be included with your call to action.
.) I like your contact us form it is simple and to the point. You don't include a captcha, and that's okay. People have mixed reviews on these (some believe it reduces conversion rates).
.1) I just tried to search your page source to see if you hide your email address when I realized your content is hidden within a frame. This content can not be crawled by search engine robots and will hurt you with online traffic. Consider a different template or theme. If this is a cookie cutter design, then you might have to have a reputable company design the site for you.
I really hope this helps
