Gigbuilder Login Problem

Anyone else haveing a problem loging into their primary server?

I can't seem to get into mine... but, I can log into the secondary server however, the secondary server is not an exact mirror.

I'm in same boat as everyone else ... Gigbuilder seems to be down.

looks like they rebooted the server cause for a moment you couldn't even load the login screen... but, I still can't get past the login...

We are currently working on this issue. Please use the backup server at http://www2.gigbuilder.com. Once on, click Setup > Gigbuilder System > Event Defaults. Scroll to bottom and click "Force Sync". See if this works. If not, you will have to wait until the main server comes back online shortly.

I followed the link and was presented with log-in page. Logged in successfully.

Guys you also have to remember at times sites have to go down - it being 1am , 2pm or whatever

they have to do backups, install updates, etc etc

so its not an earth shattering thing that it goes down from time to time
its when its down longer than a notice printed to tell you what they are doing!!

most usually say back in 2hrs or back real soon!

Ugh! Just tried to acces my GB acct. Won't let me Log In. Time now is 3:38 EST (2:38 CST).

Me too.... I've about had it......

5:20pm EST I was able to log in via the Primary Server.

(you might get an email back, but if its down still....no way)
