Has anyone ever heard or used these Speakers? Specs seem pretty impressive.

Did anyone see them in AC?

I've always been curious to see...or hear them.

Besides that, the ROI would be my biggest concern.

A chainsaw is much more powerful than a pair of scissors. But if all you are doing is cutting paper, a chainsaw might be needless overkill.

But certainly, if I could see how it would help me stand out that much more or help me be able to charge more and I could see the return, I'm all for it.

Yeah i played with them a little in Atlantic City , they were actually being shown off at the Sennheiser Booth. I was VERY impressed with them UNTIL i heard the price tag on them that is. The pair at the DJ EXPO, even there at the deal they were running they wanted $11,000 for a pair. I couldn't ever see myself paying that kind of money for that type of setup. Now price aside , they were very clear and the output was above what i thought one of those small array systems were capable of. If you have a ton of money to throw away, then sure pick up a pair and you'll definitely enjoy them, i just don't see the cost being practical for most.

Yea, it was a nice system, saw it in AC, but in no way worth the price tag... I would probably value it at $4000 for a pair.

These speakers are similar to the Bose L1. Since I've never heard them I assume they have more thump then the Bose with the base units

They are simply and truly awesome... for the application they have no equal, but I am struggling to see where the application is for a Mobile DJ.

Actually one of the impressive things was how compact the 18 inch boxes are on these, you'd be surprised how small of a footprint they have
