Anyone heard of him? My Bride for this Saturday wants his version of The Wind Beneath My Wings for her Ceremony Entrance. Looks like the only place I can get his music is to send a check or money order to his home and wonder when the CD shows up. Think I'll call the Bride and see if she has it.

Do you know anyone near him in Nevada? You could have them buy it locally from him, rip it and E-Mail it to you. They can snail mail the original CD to you. No copyright issues I can see since you are buying it.

That's one of my pet peeves these guys want to sell music and make it as inconvinent as possible to aquire it legally
in a pinch it looks as tho he has that exact song with a few more downloadable. I listened to them and the quality sounds acceptable and better than some of my stuff ripped at 320.
on his website I already told you there is an MP3 download available for free amongst a few of the selections from both of his albums. Geezees H Huxtable. WAKE UP and google his name Duh!!! Then look at his music page or album page and the songs are listed and that one and others are downloadeable.

indeed 2 albums. He is sharing the song Sarge asked for tho not 320 mp3 it would work if its the only option. Piano can be played at a much smaller Bit rate as it doesnt have percussion or base etc. Im quite certain it would fulfill the need if necessary. Besides I am now officially an asshat so I can make any claim.
I need it by this weekend. I ordered the disc last week after my final consultation with the couple, but it won't be here in time.

BTW, where on his website does it say anyone has permission to download his samples? They are samples. It doesn't make it legal to take them for use without his permission.

Since you bought his CD anyway he probably won't have a problem with your using the sample file at a show before the CD arrives.
Sarge wasnt intended to be overkill. I am just trying to help a brother out. If he is sharing it on the site without any stipulation and you have purchased the disc and the site has no disclaimer it is shared freely I have to respectfully disagree with your saying it is not an option. Look beyond who I am and take the comments for what it is worth.
I would have asked her where she heard it and where she thought I could get it explaining the delay in such short notice, or I would just use the available copy as I dont see any illegal ramifications in using it due to your current purchase of said disc.
