Guitar Center has been having some good deals lately.

I grabbed one of these yesterday during an impromptu visit. Sounds great!

The xenyx line is meant to be a knock off of the Mackie Onyx line - and they've done a pretty good job at it. While I haven't compared them side to side, as long as you aren't overdriving the channels the Behringer seems to sound quite good. No, it's no A&H or boutique product, but for an entry level workhorse, it's really not all that bad...

BTW, I should know, I have a Mackie Onyx 1620.... complete with a firewire card.... (which will be up for sale soon - time to downsize!)

Of course... I still have a M-Audio NRV-10, Soundcraft Compact 10, Behringer VMX-1000, a couple Numark DJ mixers, and probably a couple others lying around... Time to clean out the closets!

According to the specs, the 1/4" phone jacks are TRS. Not a bad price for what it is. :)

DFX-69? (Tweakalizer)

DEQ-2496 Mastering Processor? It might be a 'knockoff' of a DBX Driverack 260 but it lacks the crossovers. For Behringer that was a separate product. ;)

They have a few others as well that don't really have a 'duplicate' product from someone else...

Though the DDM-4000 probably made more than one person at Pioneer pretty upset. ;) Particularly at the price point they put it at!

But here's the difference between more 'knock offs' and Behringer. They have their own design, manufacturing, etc. I've been told by more than one person in the know that they don't farm that stuff out. And THAT is impressive.

Sorry you missed em. I received and appreciated the many compliments and words of respect regarding my rigs, especially from those that hear em live.

But, it matters little as the greatest hand made saddle in the world can't make a jackass a throughbred, right, hoss?
 
I have a 802 Hank....I've been trying to get rid of it.

I've dropped it on the floor numerous times, It gets pretty beat up, Gets used a couple of times a week....And it's still noise free, And works like a champ!!

I really cannot complain about it one bit...It was cheap, And its been doing it's job well for over 3 years now.
 
Everything between my source and my amps is Behringer DEQ & DCX 24/96 and my preamp mixer.
