I received some stuff for my website last night...Looking for some opinions.

Please keep in mind that i'm a bar based DJ..Weddings are not my bread and butter.

Bars And Live sound are. I'm not looking for a classy, bride biased site.
But will listen to all...Good or Bad:sqwink:

She says it's a "Wordpress" based page, And it "scrolls".

There will be some widgets added, (Calender and such)
And some Javascript to make some stuff "pop"
 
its cool and likely perfect for your area and needs I hope she isnt charging you for design as it is a template based presentation which is fairly generic. It looks very cool so far. Should implement the colors in your logo with the dance header pic to connect and conform to your theme. also might want Gold text from the logo color.

That's not necessarily a "template". Wordpress gives you nearly full control of the design and many companies are now using Wordpress to design their full websites. Most you wouldn't even know they are Wordpress based. So there is quite a bit of design work that goes into it...and CSS coding can be a bitch, haha.
 
okay I was referring mainly to the header grafix as it is a generic dance theme. I know as I originally had it involved in my present site. It got completely re worked and unique by my request per my local designer.

Is this an A/B question?

If so I like the one on the right... Option B with the crowd at the top for a banner looks cool... the Gallery one is kinda plain-jane.... IMHO

No...both are part of my site.

Things can be changed, moved around, etc

Ahhh ok well for consistancy sake I'd have the same banner at the top of each page....that way your menus don't jump around and everything will appear as part of a package....
 
I'm not sure if thats possible Rob.
She said it's a single page, Scrolling site.

So, I believe the header, and sidebars will stay stationary, while the rest of the page will scroll to the next "page"

She sent me an example, but it must have been through Facebook chat...I cannot find it
 
I'm 99.9% sure that the lighter version is gonna be the one.

I like that one. Easy on the eyes..(Which is important to me) I think it opens
up alot of options as far as script colors and such.
