Yellow Freight delivered some new toys to me today! Big thanks to Ben from NLFXPro and Mike from EV. You guys rock!

Let's not forget Kat, who drove Ben back to the shop in a blizzard to get me my tracking number.

Those are the Force i dual 15" speakers. They match up excellent with the Force i 18" subs...as a matter of fact they sit very nicely directly on top of them.

As far as amps, the Crown XTi 4000 is an almost perfect match for a pair of the tops...and another Crown XTi 4000 is perfect for a pair of the subs. Ohm wise they match up great and still give you fantastic headroom. As a matter of fact I have never turned up my subs past the 75% mark.

This is the same system that I use all the time for up to 1000 people. I also added a Driverack 260 with them, a custom crossover program created by EV for me, and wow, they sound great.

You will love these speakers! And the wheels are great on them as well.

As for right now, they'll get powered on Friday by my sub amp. It's a Behringer 4000. This thing pounds my 18's so I can only imagine what it'll do to these. I plan on picking up 2 more 18's in the future.

Looking at this thread is really making me miss my double 15" days. I will price out a set of these EV's along with a QSC RMX amp and try to land a set this summer.

Now I only have to find a place to hide them from the Piece..
