I used to use it, but really, since 99.9% of all my calls are to the USA, and I never talk more than 60 long distance minutes a month, it feels rather pointless to me. Same with Magic jack. My cell is all I need.

Same as Papa here. I have an account and even bought an US & Canada subscription along with an incoming number, mostly just so that I would have a business number to post online (WHOIS, etc) and be able to get calls at night and not wake up the rest of the house. The plan and number expires in a week and I'm not planning on renewing.

I even bought a Skype WIFI phone for a $120 bucks. :sqerr: It all turned out to be a waste of money as I'm not much of a phone person. No one I know uses actually Skype on the computer they all use Yahoo voice for internet calling.

Anywho I wound up getting prepaid cell for 45/mo unlimited everything and that's really all I need.

I use Skype but for my voice over phone line it works perfect. And I have another program that coverts the calls to an MP3 file.
