On the local PBS station the other nite there was some woman talking about being a balanced human. She made a statement about how some folks are "waiting" to be happy, or "waiting for whatever to come along.
She then said....."Why wait to be happy, be your own happy....NOW!
Her words resonated big time for me, as that's how I try to live and share with folks I come in contact with, whether they are friends or complete strangers.
Tom, sometimes the plans of the Lord are not fully revealed.....there is a purpose in your keeping your business going in a different direction and in returning to Our DJ Talk.

I agree that happiness is not a destination to be attained or reached, but a road to be traveled. If you are eagerly or painstaking awaiting some sort of pie-in-the-sky, you've got some adjusting to do!

They are always going out of business, lost their lease, burnt down whatever.
But they always come back eventually--sometimes wit a new name---just like you!

I heard that the ODJT Digital DJ Association is having a CD Smashing Party real soon. Now that we have all gone digital and have purchased new Bose Speaker Systms--who needs CD's
