Was wondering what you all think of my logo.

looks kind of cool but I had to really know that it must be SOUND as the graphic is very hard to decipher. I would use a bolder and different font for the genres listed. It does look cool though

Oh boy...you logo rocks.

Your business card sucks.

Try to get someone to change the white background and different fonts.

But really though...I love your logo..so dont think about changing that.

Adam would you pleas share your card to compare?

:sqwink:Not being a jerk but you have shared almost nothing here.

Not bad at all but I would agree that the "S" is a bit hard to read and the color line from it is a bit distracting...maybe making the color line a slightly different color?

What does it say? Maybe if you changed the ray to yellow it would be easier to read. It would offer some contrast too which it really needs. Also, could you loop the ray under the curved part of the R instead of over it? The first letter of each word is VERY important.

I don't mind the S but if you'd like to try something different, try removing the existing S and forming the ray into an S with the top right end of it then leading into the rest of the ray. Did I lose you?

My 2 cents...

Also the "R" is hard to read too

but you know the rest

The OP asked for opinions;Adam voiced his.....:sqcool:

My website sucks...I think I know enough though to voice an objective opinion if asked...

Um....I still have my original cards, and I need to get new ones. My old cards suck!!! Too original, and really boring to read...trust me.

You know I may not have posted this and that, doesn't mean I can't have an opinion. And further more...when I look at other photos and such on the computer, I realize that my set ups and such need to be fine tuned or some people would rip me to shreds...

Personally, after seeing several different business cards on here, I am not a fan of the white background anymore. It is old school, and it screams boring to me.

Its pretty okay except for the 'S' graffiti style font and the blue ray going across in front of it. If u could use a more simpler font for the 'S' and just erase the blue ray from the front of the 'S' so that it'd appear like going behind it, It'd look nice!.
And also pls change the font styles of the other texts too, the military seal kinda font just does not suit it.
Btw what did u use to design your logo? If u used Photoshop...then use a soft brush of 5 dia with scattering 'ON' and add some sprinkles near along the blue ray so that it'd appear like its sparkling. Then play around with the colours and outerglows and gradients..so that they'd appear real cool!!!

The business card layout must be altered IMO, pls change the bg color to something in contrast to your logo ..prolly Black will suit it well..and kindly change the font style and color of the other texts too.

Cheers mate! :D

i was just fiddling around with a design and thought you might be able to get a cue from this. Just attaching my simple design :) Since it appears you are very fond of the white bg and surrounding..I've designed it in that and created the speaker. If u would want me to work on it in other color contrasts or so..i'd be happy to help you out! :)
Cheers!

Oops! Sorry for the 'S' in RAYS instead of RAYZ...n e ways this is just a rough sample. Hope I was of some help to you :)

The word "sucks" isn't an opinion, its a put down.

I like the card. Given that its a little hard to read the "s", I had to read it twice! That's a good thing!

Keep the logo, work with the rest of the card a bit. I like it man! Try putting that logo on a black background. See what it does....

The reson you see my logo in white is because i have it n my website which is mostly black, however the image is actually transparent so it looks VERY nice on black ;)
