I'm having a brain-freeze...

What is the name / artist of the song with the lyrics "You bring me up, you bring me down, you got me spinnin' around." He also mentions the word "carousel" in the song. It's a newer, fast-beat dance song, probably 130 bpm's or so. My wife wants to add it to her Fast Workout playlist.
