The woman from that TV show, The Duggars, did that too. My fiance and I are not having sex until the wedding, but I can't imagine not kissing. Good for them though.

I used to do mostly Christian couples weddings. Many of them waited for the marriage to have sex, and a couple I remember waited for kissing too. It is what some of them do. God bless people who actually keep their convictions.

A few of them are using the moral issue to hide other issues, such as fears, insecurity, etc. Unfortunately this happened to a good friend of mine. It is the minority IMO, but it happens. OTOH, some who have sex prior to lose the "urge" after the "I do's".

They say that best cure for a nymphomaniac girl is wedding cake.....
 
I would never buy a car without test driving it first!

Also I know many "virgins" who would make you blush with what else they will do!
 
When the groom says "I do", what he's really saying is:

"I do the dishes, I do the laundry, I do vow to give up my social life, my friends and shall live to appease my in-laws forevermore."

When the bride says "I do", what she's really saying is:

"I don't anymore." :D
 
I am sorry if this offends anyone but I really don't care!

My first thought is of some of the Catholic girls I new way back in my younger years.

They would never have sex because they were saving themselves for marriage, but I guess they didn't consider oral sex because they would do that in a heart beat at the drop of the hat. I even met one or two who wouldn't have conventional sex because they had to be virgins on their wedding night, but didn't hesitate to supply anal sex!

I have another take on this one, because this actually happened to a friend of mine!

He was engaged to this girl for a year, she wouldn't kiss him (she to was saving it for their wedding) and she would not have any form of sex with him (she was saving that for her wedding night) and he was all into respecting her and her wishes. Three months before the WEDDING DATE she was busted for prostitution! I knew about this and tried to tell him but in doing so I lost him as a friend (because there was no way his girl would ever do something like that) I did it in as gentle a way as I could come up with but it didn't make any difference to him. After she was busted he was devastated and moved back to Georgia, I never heard from him again! The thing is she had been doing this at least since her senior year in high school I knew a lot of the people she serviced however my friend didn't as he wasn't from the area.

I really think she did love him but she made her living as a pro and was seperating (in her own mind) the sale of sex or sex in general from the marriage!
 
I cant help but connect this thread in my thoughts with the one where the bride who died of an anuerism on her wedding day. Saving the kiss etc in her case would have allowed for neither to take place.
