These truss sections are 6 feet. I am using them vertically, just as you see them in the pictures. Instead of tripod stands, my speakers will go on top of the vertical truss (checkout Kevin Nichols photo gallery).

Yes, I will use them for my speaker stand as well. But I want to be able to use them as horizontal truss attached to my light stands.
I'm thinking about 2 parts, 5 feet each.
Here is a linky to some nice ideas

Nice work with the pics guys, I joined this forum cuz of this post.. lol I wanted to see the pics...

Have any of ya'll seen the metal plates that are placed in front of the lights... They are like a half circle and just go in front of the uplights, kind alike the picture of the wooden box with one side open but it's a metal piece.

Ya I believe in a topic started by Snowcone and his purchase of 12 LEDRain 56s...

hahahahaha tooo funny... I couldn't remember who had posted the picks.... thanks they are a great idea.... would like to see them from behind where the light goes.... just to see how they are mounted.

I have been looking for those since December, so I think NFXpro is right, they may have been custom manufactured, however I've seen them at 2 different events... I love the idea that they don't take up too much space and you can definitely stack them up for traveling...
