Posted a "DJ's Wanted" add on craigslist...(I need some help with the summer months)

I received 5 calls.....Told them all to come down to my Thursday night show, And we would talk more.

I said he was out of town, so i made an exception...

That leaves 4. Only one showed...Seems like a good match so far..

I've made up my mind that the others are S.O.L They all said they would stop down, And didn't. That makes them UNRELIABLE to me....

No calls or e-mails either...(shakes head)
Who starts off a possible job like this??
All of them were in there early 20's too....:sqlaugh::sqlaugh:

but did you use the only one that came down ?

Sorry the others didn't show. Unfortunately, I'm not surprised coming from people so young. Not saying this about all young people but I see a lot of spoiled teens and young 20's who wouldn't know responsibility or hard work if it jumped up and slapped them.
Glad the one seems like a good fit. :)

What! , how dare you to expect someone that wants a job to be reliable and dependable. I've ran into the same problem the couple of times I needed a roadie to help. I called a couple of young kids I know that can use the money, no job, kid on the way. All I ask is be there at a certain time to help me unload and setup, show back up when it's over help me tear down and packup, $100. No show at load in, shows up more than 1 hour after the gig is over, I'm almost finished loading up then they ask where's the money.

lol and i bet he got told just where to go!!!!
