Well holding my breath until next Wednesday! At least that is the date that UPS says delivery will be! And that will make it 141 days since initial order! Wow must be nice to be able to do business that way!
Ok long story short, 18 Elite ordered Sept 16th, was told 10 days + shipping. Asked for refund Oct 20th, got refund receipt Oct 28th, never saw money. Many phone calls with threats of lawsuit. Finally said either get me my money or get me the lights. Well finally got 6 lights in Dec 4th. Back to calling. Well got 6 more in Dec 30th, (4 missing base plates). More calls, got the 4 base plates in the following week (Missing knobs). Oh, these coming in next week, well they will be missing knobs also! Seems they have major problems getting parts, but I said SHIP THEM. I dont mind using something else to tighten them up! Hmm out of knobs since Dec 30th, no wonder it takes so long to make these!
Anyway. I did get one DOA out of the second batch. They didnt even say what to do with it after telling them several times. So I poped it open, was just a connection that came loose. But on that note, I will say they are made of very high quality! I have other LED pars and have had them open, and the Jamstar is in a league far above them! For sure worth the $99 each I paid, but not worth the headache of fighting to get them here.
Lets see, 10 days + shipping = 141 days. wow, must be nice to lie to your customer like that!

Takes deep breath, face was almost blue!
The remaining 6 lights of my long overdue order made it in yesterday evening and surprise, they all worked. They were missing the knobs, BUT I knew that and had told them SHIP them anyway. I can make do without them just to have all the lights in.
Again, I would not advise anyone to buy from them (but at $650 a fixture, I doubt anyone would). But at least beware even if they drop it back to the $99 as they do at times, They are slow slow and for a fact, I know they have been out of knobs for over a month! How could anyone operate like that!
Anyway, I wanted to update all as to my status. Now to get them installed and light up the place!

Joel, what state are you located it seems you are in between the ones that hit lottery by receiving the remaining of their shipment. Everyone else I know that placed orders back in July still haven't received the rest of their lights.
Well they either got some parts in, or was running out of money to finish other orders! but they DID change how much they charge you. Only 15% up front now! And check out that ship date!
One last note on the balance of the lights I received. Upon closer checking, they are missing half of the thumb screws that hold the clear lens on. Oh well, regular screws will work just fine, I am just happy to have the lights in my hands!

I think they're trying to get as much $$$$ as they can before they file for bankruptcy and close down. There's a huge problem taking place in Houston right now with a major car dealership (Ford, Chevrolet, Jeep, Dodge, Hyundai, Cadillac & Chrysler) that decided to shut the whole place down.
And people that traded in a car, or bought extended warranties cannot get straight answers if they are up the creek without a paddle, even though there's a new phone to reach the dealership people are getting conflicting answers so there's a big ball of trouble going on with that.
As for Jamfraud I would not even waste a penny trying to get a single piece of equipment they may try to sell.

Think about it...the track record sucks. They took our money and MONTHS later, after threats from BBB, the CA Attorney Generals office, IC3 and more, NOW they only want %15 down. Seems like cash flow sucks and they need to buy parts.
