And i'm considering buying the camera he has. I think $650-700 is a decent investment for having high quality promotional shots.

Excellent man the next to last one would be an incredible one for your secret weapon events. aka Big Dusk!!

Theyre Chauvet Colorstrips and in reality they were overkill for this room, I LOVE them! They're rediculously bright and can fill a room easily.

Wow, you've got some GREAT marketing material there.

this also should be in the photographers section.....

oh by the way Papa if you can do that with a expensive camera then my cheap one I have posted pics before that cost me $100 for a 8.2megapixle camera can also outdo what others use

its not the camera that counts its the USER that takes them and how they take them

I been doing photography (weddings) for near on 12x years

Remember though his shots look so good because thats his number one priority during the night, while you have to balance DJing and taking a few good shots. Some of the MC moments, and interactive songs probably wouldn't allow you to move about the room taking pictures, leaving the equipment unmanned..

This is why Ive gone to having an assistant each night. They take pictures all night long...most photographers around here leave right after garter/bouquet toss and miss some great pics later but we seem to get them....the assistant also helps with set up and tear down and that makes it easier on me....they also talk to the folks asking for songs relives the pressure on me to concentrate on whats happening more

And now im shure that this combination camera/photographer is about 1000% better than i am.
Werry good pics BTW.
Thanks for sharing.

but its not the equipment the photographer used its how the photographer takes them...

very true - just try video weddings and see how hard they are...
