Help, About 6 months ago I bought a Hercules DJ RMX controller. Of Course it came with Virtual DJC edition free. Well, Since then I've been using it great. Well, I just switched from Pc To Mac. Got everything installed, getting ready for a show I got in a couple days, and Low and behold when I go to test out the VDJ on the mac, it ask me for the serial number again from the cd sleeve. Well I lost it serial, and I never registered on the virtual dj site. So now of course, I'm screwed. Does anyone know how to find the serial number in the files somewher? I still have my pc that i originally installed it on. So far, Virtual DJ support makes it sound like I just have to buy Virtual DJ PRo, but jeez I dont have an extra $250 laying around to do that. I just want my serial number for The DJC edition so I can use my mac. can anyone help? I'm an honest person, and this really sucks that I can't get any help from them.

If you have contacted the licensor and they informed you that there would be a fee to install on the new machine, you have your answer.

If you call Microsoft, telling them that you've lost your original XP disc that you need to reformat your computer with, they'd tell you you're out of luck.
If you go to Walmart, and try and convince them to give you a replacement copy of the Garth Brooks cd you bought there but lost, they'd also tell you you're out of luck.
