Welcome to the Multi-op section...

you know funny thing about my story, I started out working for this company as a Dj. When I decided to go out on my own, making all of the money for the events, I was offered to purchase this outfit.... now If I do a gig.. Im back to only making a small amount more then if I didnt do the gig, and had one of my guys do it..... kinda funny don’t ya think?

Anyways, looking forward to more multi-op discussions.

I still play 3 out of 4 weekends a month usually at least two days

ya me too.... most weeks its a Saturday event, but sometimes im playing at 2-3 events a week. I need a vacation!

Hey Kyle... here’s a question seeing that you are on here now...

When you add new DJs, do you look for already experienced, or someone with the right attitude, that is willing to go out and train?

If you take on a new guy for training, do you pay them for their training, or have them pay you?

most of my djs are new djs and start out as roadies i rather train people my way then try to correct other peoples bad habits.
attitude and drive is everything. Multi-op-hoppers are

Hi my name is Jeff R and I am a multi-op

Been Multi since 2005 and added the third system in 2006. Last year we ran about 150 shows and we are on par to run the same this year plus some events that we sponser and manage ourselves
