By the way... there is now a straw poll in the School Dance forum to determine a new name.
There will be actually be two polls ~ the straw poll we have now and a finals poll. By "straw", I refer to the "others" option. If you wish to submit a nomination for the finals, please post in the thread here:
http://www.ourdjtalk.com/showthread.php?p=2416#post2416. All straw nominations will be on the platform for voting in the finals, even if we have to hold more than one final (poll choices are limited to ten at a time).
Multiple votes are permitted in the straw poll. Ten days duration. I encourage everyone to exercise his or her right to participate and vote. If you have a suggestion of your own, feel free to post it.
In the case of tied nominations, ties will be listed in the finals poll with specified "other" suggestions. The final round of polling will not be set up for multiple votes nor straw suggestions.
In the interest of fairness, if there are no ties in the first round, the "others" suggestions will be included in the finals to compete with the winning name.
The member who suggested the winning entry will have his/her name included in the forum description.
