Picked up a Rock N' Roller cart today

Can't believe I've waited so long - but I finally picked one up today.

Got the R10 at GC for $125. But I'm really not impressed with the quality.

The plastic end caps above the smaller wheels were broken, and the cap to cover the air-filled tires were missing.... and I'm a tab bit (ok verry) afraid that the wire cable release is going to break really quick...

I know that this isn't biggies - just a negative first impression. Not worth returning over - just expected more since they are the #1 brand in the market.

But hey - my furnature dollies will get to be put away now!

no way you paid for it and ifyou allow it to break on you its sort of your fault thy dont all come like that. Unless it was marked down for those reasons I have used mine for five yrs under tough situations and sometimes a big load and only broken one of the bottom slide locks partially due to carelessness caps on tires and ends along with the pull chord are still in excellent shape. Return it ASAP.

Good deal.

Valve stem caps can be got at any auto parts store. As for the wheel caps, contact the manufacturer for replacements. They'll fix you up.

Let us know your thoughts after doing a show with it.

The swivel wheels are kinda cheap,try not to overload and stay on hard surfaces because the hardware on the swivel wheels are cheap and will tweak

It's actualy only the tire caps I'm worried about... and I'll likely just call Rn'R about it - GC only had the smaller ones in stock - so I'd rather have something then nothing.

My comments were mostly because I was supprised how little QC must have been done on this. The box was perfect, not a scratch on the cart and the packaging was all intact - definetly not a customer return...

And the discount - it was mostly because I sold an A&H mixer and pair of mackie 1521z's for him while I was waiting for some RCA to 1/4 inch adapters.. Made him a few bucks over a used matrix 1000 & behringer mixer... guess that was my "commission."

Heck - guess it was a good think he didn't notice me giving Cap's website to someone looking at the Bose....
