How t f can they estimate how much you make out of the site

Like Astrology, FICO Scores, Batting Averages.....they're just points for discussion.

OTOH, anyone experiencing an increase in "site value" (from a web perspective) bodes well for 2009 (for me: already at 3x ahead of this time last year, in terms of contracts with paid retainers).
