Thanks everyone!!!
I mainly browsed other forums and post here and there. This forum seems to be a little more upbeat to me and I like everything I have seen so far! I also just noticed that a forum staffer is from litte ole Delaware like myself!
A lil about me:
I have been dj'ing since the age of 12!! My first paid gig was a graduation party for my cousins girlfriend at the time. It was a complete disaster! I came prepared to rock a crowd of college students and the party was just for her family and I played music like the chicken dance all night long! Since then I have taken on gigs from just family and friends. Now I am ready to take my services pubic but I am in no rush, I plan on interning with someone and get my feet wet with them until I feel comfortable. So anyone in Delaware that's reading this and wants an experienced intern send me a message or email.
Also a little bit more about me. I am one of those dj's most mobile/wedding dj's are against!! I make mixtapes, although I do not sell them I often read on mesage boards how many dj' are against them and thier creators. Well in my defense, all my mixtape(cds) have music from the artist directly, and the artist giving me shout outs. So I am not stealing music. In 2006 I was nominated by the readers of Get Em Magazine(hiphop magazine) for Dj of the year, against other Dj's who are signed to major labels(Dj Drama - Grand Hustle Records & Dj Micheal "5000" Watts - Swisha House Records) That got me a sh!tload of promotion and since then my tapes have been distributed and bootlegged worldwide.

I recently had the oppurtunity to get drops from Cupid, the guy who did the Cupid Shuffle! So you can bet the events where I play get a kick out of hearing the artist shout me out and telling the crowd I am the best Dj in Delaware!! I was also one of the first dj's playing his latest single!!!
I also have 8 years television broadcast experience! But thats a whole nother can of worms!!! Check out an article Edirol did featuring me!
