So I've received two inquiries this past week about whether or not I can do a TikTok challenge for some after prom events. I'm aware of what TikTok is, but how would a tiktok challenge work? Anybody done one or seen one in action?

The questions is which challenge... there’s quite a number of them... and they’re constantly changing trends. One week one is popular and by the time this event happens it’ll be something else. I mean I play lots of popular tik tok songs at teen events and get nothing asked beyond that
I agree. Many of the popular things on there are not even songs, its' the lip syncing to random stuff. And what is on there, half the time isn't edited
That’s actually the bigger challenge... that much of the content is not edited and because it’s not mainstream, a clean version doesn’t even exist... in fact most of the audio is mashed up by users and not even able to be downloaded, let alone edited. If you actually have or have seen Tik tok, when you look at the audio at the bottom most of the time it doesn’t even say the actual song... it says “original audio by” some random user who created his own edit or mashup of clips of different songs to get certain lyrics to line up.
YAh I've seen that. A lot of the audio too is people talking and the users are just lip syncing to kids talking, etc....
