There are some very creative cards there, Jeff. :)

Thanks for posting that.

Here is a thought, though they may be expensive... How about making something like the cards they use at the grocery store? Attach them to key rings.

I just had an idea for those plastic I.D. badge type cards. Get the ones that hang vertically with a hole punched out so you can attach them to a lanyard. Print on one side a real fancy V.I.P. DJ/Backstage pass and all your company info on the back. When you do a kids dance choose two or three kids to be the V.I.P. Dj of the night. Only these selected kids will be allowed to approach the DJ with requests. Other kids would have to ask the V.I.P. first.

Now this could be someone pre-selected by the school or someone randomly selected. etc. Then they get to keep their V.I.P. tag.

I'm sure there's a way to work this into an adult party as well.

I have been using smoke grey plastic business cards for years. I always get a lot of favorable comments about them, and often hear "I remember you from your business card"

I've been toying with this idea for awhile now. One thing that was suggested to me would be to make sure the lanyards are the break-apart kind so there is no chance of an accidental choking, especially with younger kids.

You're correct about he lanyards. Kids are growing up stupid these days and parents are afraid of every little thing that might hurt their children. :sqeek: With kids unable to play dodge ball, tag, or even run in the playground, our children while in school will be sitting in a corner making sweaters out of belly lint.:sqwink:

Seriously, great idea for the breakaway kind.

Papa,
I researched some of those companies. The one I use in the card you see as my avatar was Choice Marketing. I don't know if they do standard cards or just Fire and Police. They did have the better quality cards but that was some years ago.

I've been using the matte semi Translucent plastic ones that react to UV light for my last 3000 cards...

I'll never order them again... plastic cards look super cool, but if you carry them in anything but a card case, they get scratched all to hell...

I probably throw away 3 for every 1 I give out....
