Pop-Up Box on website!

On the bottom of my website I want to have something say "Click Here to watch DJ: Brian's Video" (Something Like that). When people click it I want a little box to pop-up on a part of the screen and people can watch the video. Without having to open up windows media player or opening up another page.

Does anyone know how do i do something like this?

That's the javascript I was talking about when you asked on Djchat. I was waiting to hear back if you had direct access to the code in your pages. Apparently you do... let me know if I can help any further with the web site Brian.
